Linne school offers a number of athletic opportunities for students. These students take advantage of experiences that are competitive and focus on team work, collaboration, and confidence. Further, Linne continues to demonstrate its commitment to a safe and healthy learning environment by offering access to daily physical activity, nutritious foods, school-based health services, health education, and supports for students with chronic conditions. We will continue to work hard to provide our students with a safe and healthy learning environment in which they can thrive.

Linne students continue to benefit from a comprehensive technology curriculum that includes the Adobe Youth Voices program. AYV mentors help develop our digital arts curriculum that empowers students to find their voice and express their ideas through the pieces they create.
Experiences in the visual arts includes drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, street art, mosaic, set building, and much more. Students are always encouraged to use their creativity as they engage in projects throughout the school that enhance the looks of the school's interior.
Hands on, Fun, Music Activities
We believe students learn best when they are actively engaged. Through hands on and cross curricular activities, children are given opportunities to explore the world of music.
Students at Linne enjoy experiences in the performing arts that include a musical theater class. Be on the lookout for the 2019 annual production. Past productions have included Beauty and the Beast and Annie, to name a few.
Dance instruction is provided to students through a partnership with Joffrey Ballet and Forward Momentum Chicago. Students not only get the benefits from in-school dance instruction but qualify for grants and scholarships.
